What review sites does GlideCX work with?

GlideCX monitors over 35 of the most popular review sites worldwide. You'll be able to connect with, respond to, and display reviews from all review sources. If you're curious about a specific integration before signing up, please feel free to ask us!

How do review campaigns work?

GlideCX helps you ask your customers for reviews using multi-step review campaigns. Think about an email marketing tool like MailChimp, but for getting reviews! You can create and customise campaigns of up to 4 messages, of which the first can be sent as an SMS.

What is a "location"?

A location is your business. If you had two offices, one in USA and one in London, you would need two locations in GlideCX to manage both of these properties.

There is no limit to how many review sites you can connect to each location.

What's included in my trial?

Your 14-day free trial gives you limited access to most features, so you can connect your review sites, add your contacts, send some campaigns and create as many widgets as your heart desires. It’s a great chance to get familiar with the platform and see if it’s a good fit for your business. We’ll be on hand to help you out at any time, too!

Can people unsubscribe from my campaigns?

Yes, your contacts can unsubscribe by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the footer of any campaign they receive.

GlideCX allows you to upload and maintain your own contacts list. You’ll be able to track who you’ve sent campaigns to, who’s opened them, who’s clicked on them and who’s reviewed you.

What are SMS credits used for?

GlideCX sends the first step of every review campaign as an SMS message (if you’ve added a phone number for your contact). Once you’ve used up your SMS credits for the month, any new campaigns will send out by email only.

Will I lose my reviews if I cancel my subscription?

No, reviews you collect through GlideCX will not be lost if you cancel your subscription. Since reviews are left on websites you specify, like Google, they stay with you even if you cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?

Yes! You can cancel your plan any time before its renewal date (monthly or yearly). We can only provide prorated refunds for Yearly plans if you contact us within 30 days of signing up.

How are yearly plans billed?

Yearly plans are billed upfront, and then recur every 12 months. To sweeten the deal, we discount a full month from the total cost of each plan (which is factored into the pricing you see above).

What currency are GlideCX subscriptions billed in?

Our pricing is presented in USD, but may be converted to your native currency at checkout. We use Paddle as our payment processor to accept payments in a wide range of currencies.

Do you have an API?

Yes, GlideCX offers API access in the Premium subscription plan.
